The terms and conditions below apply to all purchases, please review them. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms outlined below.
DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In the unlikely event of receiving defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by calling Customer Service at (480) 494-5436 or email us at customerservice@loftandmanor.com. Failure to provide timely notification may jeopardize your ability to be compensated for the damage.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Custom upholstery orders cannot be returned. All acknowledged purchase orders are considered firm orders and are not subject to changes or cancellation.
SHIPPING
Merchandise will ship via FedEx, UPS, or a freight carrier, at the discretion of Loft + Manor. Please be aware that freight delivery is typically one to two weeks from date of shipment. UPS and Fed-–Ex orders are shipped via ground delivery service.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
The original purchaser of Loft + Manor product is protected against defective workmanship for a period often (10) Years from the date of shipment. Foam is warrantied for five (5) years. We will repair or replace defective furniture covered by this warranty during the above stated periods. This warranty does not apply to furniture damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse, nor does it apply if repairs are attempted by purchaser or anyone other than an authorized Loft + Manor agent, nor does it apply to wear and tear on finishes and/or materials.
TEXTILES
Loft + Manor cannot be held responsible for appearance, behavior, color, or durability of customer-specified textiles. Loft + Manor assumes no responsibility for the flame retardant properties of any customer-specified textile. Customers are solely responsible for making sure the OM textile complies with all applicable codes and regulations. In the absence of instructions, we will apply the fabric pattern accordingly to our best judgment. We reserve the right to railroad fabric whenever possible to avoid seams in large upholstered areas. COM fabric is cut “up the roll” unless otherwise directed by customer. All stripes will be applied vertically unless specifically requested to the contrary.
STORAGE
Due to limited storage space, orders will be shipped when completed. If storage is required, a fee of 3% of the order value will be applied per month, pending availability of space. Additionally, the order will be invoiced and payment due in accordance with the terms of the acknowledgment. Orders for which payment has not been received, the merchandise may be shipped to storage facilities at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, so please review these terms and conditions prior to making any purchase from us. Availability, prices and delivery are subject to change. We make every effort to provide accurate product information, however errors may occur. Therefore, product availability, descriptions, specifications and pricing are subject to change, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of any items.
